Grades 1-12

We are thankful for your interest in our school.
Our admissions process begins with the following steps:

1. Submit academic and discipline records from current school.

  • For 1st through 6th grade - the academic record should include the final report card for the previous school year and quarter grades for the current year along with standardized testing results, a discipline report from the school, and copy of birth certificate. If no discipline on file, a letter from the school stating such will suffice. Please also include a copy of the IEP, 504 Plan or Psychological Evaluation if the student has one.

  • For 7th through 9th grade students - academic records should include middle school records, standardized testing results, a discipline report from the school, and copy of birth certificate. If no discipline on file, a letter from the school stating such will suffice. Please also include a copy of the IEP, 504 Plan or Psychological Evaluation if the student has one.

  • For 10th through 12th grade students - an official high school transcript is needed which should reflect any and all high school courses taken, a discipline report from the school, and copy of birth certificate. If no discipline on file, a letter from the school stating such will suffice. Please also include a copy of the IEP, 504 Plan or Psychological Evaluation if the student has one.

2. Schedule Admission/Placement Testing.

  • Your appointment for testing can be scheduled and paid for through a special link that will be sent to you once the records are received. There is a $50 admission testing fee which is non-refundable.

3. Documents and test results will be evaluated by Administration for admission. An interview may be required prior to admission determination.
4. Notification of admission determination is given.
5. Finalize registration.

  • Complete online forms, submit additional required documents (copy of birth certificate, social security card, original school entry physical exam Form DH3040, and updated Florida Shots immunization record) and make $100 registration fee payment (non-refundable) in person at our Business Office. If you have applied and been approved for any of the scholarships we accept (Florida Tax Credit, Florida Empowerment, Hope or McKay), please provide a copy of the award letter when coming in to meet with our Business Office.

6. Pay admission fees.

  • Our Business office will discuss admissions fees when you register and indicate the date your admissions fees and tuition payment is due. Final documents must be submitted and admissions fees paid in order to start school.
