You're Ready to Enroll!

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

TCA accepts new student applications throughout the school year; however, in order for your student to begin on the first day of school, your application and payment must be received by August 19, 2020.  Applications received after this date will be processed as expeditiously as possible but may have a start date after the first day of school.

STEP 1

REGISTER

  • Please complete the following steps to begin the registration process:

    • Register online at MySchoolworx.com

    • Click here for additional information/instructions.

    • If you have registered with MySchoolWorx in the past or child attended a school that used MySchoolWorx, you will be required to use an alternate email.  The system will not allow you to proceed without providing an alternate email address.

    • Complete Parental Releases & Additional Information online.

    • Download, print, and complete the Tuition Payment Preference form and submit to jannette.hevia@tcadeltona.com. Please provide the number we can reach you at in the email so that our Business Office can reach you for payment of the application fee.

  • Please note that your application is not considered submitted until payment has been made.  Once payment is received you can begin submitting the documents requested below via email to  jannette.hevia@tcadeltona.com  and proceed with the application process.

STEP 3

TESTING & INTERVIEW

Once all documents have been submitted, you will be contacted to schedule a placement test. All entering 6th – 12th graders will also be scheduled for an interview with administration.  We look at the results of the testing along with records provided and results of the interview to determine acceptance.  

STEP 2

DOCUMENTS

Gather the following documents:

  • Original Physical Form (HRS Form DH3040 dated within 1-year of enrollment)

  • Original Immunization Form (HRS Form DH680)

  • Copy of Birth Certificate

  • Copy of Social Security Card

  • Current report card and progress report (Grades 8-12 also need to submit a current transcript)

  • Standardized Test Results (FCAT, FSA, Stanford, etc.)

  • Discipline Record (incoming 7th & 8th graders must provide prior 3 years; incoming 9th - 12th graders must provide middle and high school records)

  • Attendance Record

  • IEP & Psychological Evaluation / 504 Plan – if applicable

STEP 4

ADMISSION

Upon your student’s admission, the following steps will need to be taken to complete enrollment:

  • Meet with our Business Office (located in the Church Building) to finalize tuition payment.

  • Submit transcript with final exit grades (incoming 8th– 12th grade students).

  • Purchase uniforms from our school bookstore, Eagles Nest, located in the school lobby.

You are now Enrolled!
